Nichts…

Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben die Unterkunft für 10 Personen mit 5 Zimmern und 2 Badezimmern gebucht und bezahlt. Vor Ort standen uns jedoch nur 3 Zimmer und 1 Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Für eine Gruppe von 10 Personen ist das ein erheblicher Unterschied und entspricht nicht der gebuchten Unterkunft. Besonders enttäuschend war auch der Umgang mit uns. Die Vermieterin war leider sehr unfreundlich und wenig entgegenkommend. Auf unsere Anliegen und die Situation vor Ort wurde nicht angemessen eingegangen, wodurch wir uns als Gäste nicht willkommen und nicht ernst genommen gefühlt haben. Wir mussten die Unterkunft aufgrund unserer Gruppengrösse trotzdem nutzen, obwohl ein Teil der gebuchten Ausstattung nicht vorhanden war. Insgesamt sind wir daher leider sehr unzufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Sowohl die Abweichung von der gebuchten Unterkunft als auch der Umgang mit uns als Gäste haben einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Extrem schlimm, nicht buchen

Zugangstür zu Schlüsselbox verschlossen, Gastgeberin nicht erreichbar. Haben offenes Einfahrttor gefunden. Wohnung schmutzig, keine Handtücher, kein Toilettenpapier, Betten eventuell frisch bezogen, jedoch eher gute Hoffnung als gewiss. Offene Elektrik an Lichtschaltern, Ecken verdreckt, nasse Wände von denen die Tapete sich löst.

todo estuvo pésimo y asqueroso, todo sucio, las instalaciones en pésimo estado, mis servían las luces del baño, los lavabos tapados, las camas sucias, la cocina asquerosa parece que nos dieron el departamento justo después de que los inquilinos pasados se fueron, no servía la tv, no servía la calefacción. le escribí al dueño y me dijo que vendría alguien y nunca llegó nadie a apoyarnos,
