Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Yachthafen und mit schneller Erreichbarkeit der Altstadt. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist wertig ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Panne, dass wir drei Tage ohne warmes Wasser waren, hat man so schnell es ging behoben und uns sogar eine alternative Wohnung angeboten.
Die SS1 direkt in Sichtweite und der Hafen verursachen ein permanentes Untergrundgeräusch, was wir aber nach der ersten Nacht gut ignorieren konnten. Wer aus der Großstadt kommt, kann sicher damit umgehen.

Die Wohnung war großartig und sehr geräumig. Gute, moderne Ausstattung und Einrichtung. Vor allem der Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen hat uns sehr begeistert. Kleiner Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Auto stand sicher im privaten Teil der Tiefgarage (Aufzug zum Appartement im der 2 Etage vorhanden). Klimaanlage funktionierte leise und tadellos. Gegen die Hitze (und neugierige Blicke) gab es zusätzlich Außenjalousien. Altstadt von Genua fußläufig gut erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr ruhig (trotz der nahen Stadtautobahn).
Die eine oder andere Steckdose haben wir vorsichtshalber nicht benutzt, weil sie nicht fest in der Wand saß.
