The bedroom is very spacious. In fact, I think it would be better if the bedroom was renovated to be one independent apartment. The host is very responsive.
In an already-small living room, there is a massive cabinet (W105 x H119 cm x D77 cm) that is locked for “Staff Only” use (highlighted in red in the photo). Being small is fine for a “budget” stay, but it would be better if the tenants can use most of the limited space.
As mentioned in one of the host’s images, you should be fully aware that the 2nd floor (shower room) and 3rd floor (bedroom) is connected by an outside staircase, which may be unpleasant during rain or snow.
I have used booking.com for 60 times with the same budget, and I’ve seen better elsewhere.
