This distinctive double-height condo at Pacifica puts you in the middle of everything the Romantic Zone is known for, while giving you a private, comfortable place to retreat at the end of the day.
Located directly on the famous Basilio Badillo Restaurant Corridor, Pacifica is just steps from Los Muertos Beach and within an easy walk of the Malecón, galleries, restaurants, cafés, bars, and entertainment throughout the Romantic Zone.
The condo's corner wraparound balcony offers views in multiple directions, including the ocean and the Sierra Madre Mountains. Large glass doors that open completely and the double-height design fill the unit with natural light.
Upstairs, the sleeping loft features a comfortable king-size Tempur-Pedic mattress with firm, cooling memory foam. Please note that the loft has approximately 6 feet of head clearance, so taller guests may find the sleeping area less comfortable.
A particularly convenient feature is the private door from the shower directly to the balcony. It allows you to step outside after the beach or pool and provides a discreet place to hang wet swimsuits and beachwear.
Pacifica's recently renovated rooftop terrace is an especially inviting place to spend time. Guests have access to a large heated pool, jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen and grill, dining tables, and comfortable lounge areas, with both sunny and shaded spaces. From the rooftop, enjoy sweeping views of Puerto Vallarta, the Sierra Madre Mountains, the ocean, and the city's famous sunsets. It’s not everyday, but whales have been spotted from the rooftop.
The building also offers elevator access and a fully equipped gym for registered guests.

We had such a lovely stay at Nathaniel's place. The condo was spotless, bed super comfy, fluffy towels, amazing rooftop pool, great view from our balcony and very centrally located. Nathaniel was extremely quick to reply to any questions we had. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back one day. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
