A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész és kedves volt. Még két kis üveg víz is be volt készítve a hűtőbe, ami igazán figyelmes gesztus volt. A lakás átvétele gördülékenyen ment, és mivel reggel érkeztünk, azt is megengedték, hogy a szállást a hivatalos időpontnál hamarabb elfoglaljuk. Ez hatalmas pozitívum volt számunkra, hiszen két nagy bőrönddel érkeztünk, így nem kellett délutánig magunkkal cipelnünk őket. Nagyon jól felszerelt lakás, minden megtalálható benne, amire egy hosszabb nyaralás során szükség lehet. Külön plusz pont, hogy bőven volt hely a törölközők és a fürdőruhák kiteregetésére is, ami egy tengerparti nyaralásnál kifejezetten praktikus. Tiszta időben pedig még az Etnára is rá lehetett látni a teraszról.
Ami egy picit kényelmetlen volt, hogy az ágy hosszúsága számunkra nem volt ideális. A férjemnek sajnos lelógott róla a lába, én viszont az alacsonyabb magasságom miatt pont elfértem rajta hosszában. A szélessége viszont pont megfelelő volt, nem az a keskeny ágy, ami sok szálláson jellemző.
Negatívumként talán még a falak hangszigetelését és emiatt a szomszédokat említeném, akik esténként rendkívül zajosak voltak, bár erről természetesen nem tehet a szállásadó.

Ubytovani bylo naprosto skvele. Majitel Vincenzo je skvely. Komunikace s nim absolutne bez problemu a vzdy velmi vstricny. Apartman krasne cisty a situaovy na klidnem miste. Musim pochvalit strasne pohodlne postele, spalo se nam vsem opravdu dobre. Je tu pracka, trouba, varna deska, lednice, mrazak, fen, vysavac, zehlicka... A veliky balkon. A hlavne velmi utulno 🙂 bonus je skvela cukrarna hned vedle domu 😁
Spatne dopravni spojeni - vlak nebo autobus. Jezdili jsme uberem.

Gestore attentissimo, ottima comunicazione, e appartamento ben superiore alle mie necessità, fornito di tutto, spazioso e accogliente. Pulitissimo. Comoda la stazione del treno e vicino anche a una fermata dell'autobus che porta in centro in quaranta minuti. Posteggio sempre disponibile.
Nulla di responsabilità del gestore, che non poteva essere più gentile.
Onestamente, però, i vicini non sono particolarmente tranquilli, e la spazzatura accumulata fuori dal cancello sulla strada non dà una bella impressione dell'edificio/quartiere.

Very clean, comfortable and modern with all the facilities that you need. There is a nice and cheap coffee shop / patisserie right outside the apartment entrance which is very convenient plus the train station is just a few minutes walk away with direct connections to Catania, Taormina and Giardini Naxos.
A short walk down the hill towards the sea leads to some nice hotels where you can go swimming and relax by the pool with great views over the sea and friendly bars.
The apartment is also close to local supermarkets and restaurants.
The host Vincenzo and his son Davide are excellent hosts and always very attentive and helpful.
The bus service to Catania / other destinations is not good.
