The location is perfect! Apparently buses tend to be delayed when it drizzled so I'm glad there are so many accessible alternatives modes of public transportation to any destination including the airport and train station. The place is so clean with excellent space saving interiors and efficient fixtures. I actually want to buy the same window locks for my home haha. There's a shared kitchen for interaction. I had a fun time chatting there with French backpackers staying at the other room.
The place takes a long flight up so it's not elderly or knee friendly. But, carrying luggage is not a problem since Riccardo & Tina can assist. Shared bathroom means you have to keep notice if there are other users but it's definitely very clean and well maintained with free soap and shampoo.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. They pointed out a few places and viewpoints to add to my itinerary, which was very much appreciated. My room had a small balcony with a good view of the famous Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Different thickness pillows, a chest of drawers, a foldable desk and chair and a small cupboard for hanging clothes. Despite it being a small room it had everything I needed. There is also a communal kitchen and you can store items in the fridge or heat items in the microwave.
There's no real downside, but you should be aware that you'll need to climb quite a few stairs with no elevator if you have problems with your knees or joints.

Hosts are very friendly
Check in time was not the best for my trip schedule. This place has a check in from 6pm to 9pm.
It was not warm/hot water in my last day.
