お安い値段で清潔なベッドで休むことが出来ました。家族4人で利用したので、ドミトリールームは個室のように利用できました。ドミトリールームを他人の方と一緒に利用したわけではないので、あまり参考にならないかもですが…、
トイレや洗面所、シャワーは別の階にあり、清潔にしてあり安心しました。
何より長崎の繁華街にお安く安全に泊まることができたので助かりました。
ベッドのカーテンの金具をひとつ破損してしまったのですが、スタッフさんに伝えたら弁償等は大丈夫とのことで、とても助かりました。
トイレが混み合う朝の時間に、空いているトイレを探して階段を登ったり降りたりしたのが少し大変でした。

Everything was automated very well
I didn’t see the reception at all, I couldn’t enter the room earlier before 3 pm as it was automated. But in such cases it would good to add a bit human factor
