Die Lage der Wohnung war super für Ausflüge in die Innenstadt. Straßenbahn und U-Bahn in Gehweite. Auch ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen war um die Ecke für den täglichen Gebrauch. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und für 6 Erwachsene sehr angenehm. Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet.
Teilweise sehr lange Antwortzeiten vom Vermieter. Auch leider nur ein bot der die Antworten generiert hat. Die Klimaanlagen sind nur in den Gängen und nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Hier nur Ventilatoren. Ist dann bei geschlossener Zimmertür doch etwas unangenehm heiß. Die empfohlen Parkmöglichkeiten waren entweder sehr weit weg oder nur vallet paking. Im Haus gibt es eine Parkmöglichkeit. Nicht ganz billig aber nahe.

The apartment was really spacious, great value for money and felt like a home from home. It had all the equipment and facilities we could have wanted. Views were good and lovely to have some outdoor space. Location was great with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby and along the canal. We'd love to come back in the future.

Amplió tres dormitorios, 2 baños completos y un aseo , salón con cocina super amplios y bien equipados, mobiliario moderno. Limpio y todo exteriores. Una ubicación muy buena por la zona bien comunicada y zona de restaurantes.
Los ascensores antiguos y pequeños.. Pero eso es del edificio..
