La ubicación, a diez minutos de la estación de Ikebukuro.
No tuvimos buena experiencia en este hotel. Trataré de ser lo más justa posible. Es un hotel de entrada independiente, al llegar no conseguimos poner el código de la llave, y el personal del hotel me ayudó a solucionarlo. La habitación estaba aceptable a nivel limpieza, la cama un poco incómoda pero al tener también futones pudimos dormir bien. Sin embargo en la mañana siguiente todo se estropeó. Al levantarnos encontramos una cucaracha por la pared.Y all ir al baño y tirar de la cadena ,me di cuenta que la taza estaba atrancada, rápidamente contacte con el hotel que me dijo que iría a chequear ambos problemas. Efectivamente vinieron, no pudieron encontrar la cucaracha y me dieron un spray insecticida, y respecto al baño lo único que consiguieron es bajar el agua. Sin embargo, al tirar de la cadena, el agua corría con tan poca fuerza y tan lento, que era incapaz de empujar ni siquiera el papel higiénico. Me dijeron que probablemente se me caería un rollo de papel higiénico a la taza pero yo en ningún momento vi flotar ningun rollo en el agua. Pedí al hotel que trajeran a un fontanero para arreglar el problema, pero me dijeron que era imposible acordar una cita tan rápida. Por lo tanto, hemos estado desde el sábado por la noche hasta hoy lunes por la mañana que nos hemos ido, sin poder usar la taza del váter, con toda la incomodidad que eso conlleva. Además, el domingo desde la mañana temprano se fue internet que no volvió en ningún momento. Junto con un olor desagradable que iba y venía como a tubería atascada que salía de la cocina. Estos dos últimos problemas no los comunique al hotel por el enfado de dejarnos sin baño, ha sido muy incómodo. Creo que problemas pueden surgir en cualquier sitio, pero es la forma de resolverlos lo que hace la diferencia.
