I can easily give this accommodation 10 out of 10, you feel like staying in Ritz Carlton villa with extinguished staff who reply to you in Whatsup in only few seconds! I was scared of the villa being away from the city but actually Grab can always reach you in less than 10 minutes! Honestly, photos are not showing how quality and luxury the villa was!
I feel like they need some experience with cooking certain items in the menu, otherwise exceptional! Few items in the toilet actually needed some maintenance like main sink in one of the rooms.

The facilities and the comfort in the hotel was good. It was clean. The dinner was delicious. The WiFi was so good and fast too.
The personal was good but our group of 7 people ( payed for 8 people) we were so disappointed because of the disrespect of the personal to us for our breakfast before leaving the hotel. We must have went to the airport at 7:30 am and we wanted to get our payed breakfast for 6:30am and they declined. We asked for 7 o’clock they also declined and they said they can’t give us breakfast until 8:30 am and the only solution was take away breakfast. The breakfast they gave us was awful. Old bread and two boiled eggs for person. While we were eating we saw them giving normal breakfast to two other villas at 7am. All of this was awful for a 4 star hotel!

Astonishing view. Great pool. Very professional service. Calm area allowing great chill.
Nothing. Access by the road is v.v.challenging. But manageable with good driver.
