It’s rare that I give 10/10 for properties however this one definitely deserves it. Wonderful little apartment in a perfect location of Florence. It’s right in the central market square close to many top restaurants and cafes, shops, flea markets plus the food court in the central market itself which is amazing to explore. You really experience the diversity of Florence. It’s also close to the main Santa Maria Novella station and a host of main attractions are only 10-15min walk. The property itself is spacious and well furnished with a full kitchen, washing machine, rain shower and air conditioning. The bed is comfortable. As the building is old and hence no lifts, the property manager meets you at the door to help with the luggage which is a really nice touch plus make a host of recommendations for food and sights to see. I strongly recommend booking here if you’re visiting Florence

The location was fantastic. Very close to the train station and mercato centrale. It is also close to the duomo cathedral. Lots of restaurants nearby. I liked the air con in the living room and the tv with a variety of channels was good for entertaining the kids when we were in the room. There was a well stocked and usable kitchen.
The toilet was not working and there was a knob at 6 foot height that needed to be turned everytime the toilet needed to be flushed. This was not ideal. There was a water pipe issue that was being resolved by the water company. When I looked on booking.com for recent reviews, a few days prior to us arriving, people had complained about the situation as well. So it would have been appreciated if the owner had contacted us in advance to inform us. Apart from this, it was a lovely stay and very convenient.
