Great communication with host. Apartment is clean , comfortable, spacious, perfect for couple of nights to explore region. The terrace was lovely like a little oasis in the middle of a city.

Die Buchung war unkompliziert und Heather, unsere Gastgeberin von Virtù Apartments war jederzeit für unsere Anliegen ansprechbar und hat alle Anfragen zuvorkommend und schnell beantwortet. Die Ausstattung von Spinola (Apartment 2A/neu renoviert und sehr stylish) ist funktional und sehr gut. Die große Terrasse ist genial, um am Morgen den ersten Cafe zu genießen und den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen.
Virtù Apartments liegen zentral in der malerischen mittelalterlichen, historischen Altstadt von Genua mit seinen wundervollen engen Gassen / Gässchen. Zur nächsten Metrostation sind es ca. 5 min zu gehen. Außerdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele gute Restaurants sowie Bars in direkter Nachbarschaft, wo man für jeden Geschmack leckeres italienische Essen genießen kann.
Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden und können Virtù Apartments bestens empfehlen.

Idéalement situé, parfaitement équipé, une terrasse gigantesque magnifiquement arborée qui était un vrai puit de lumière. Y prendre l'apéritif et y manger fut un pur bonheur ! Quant à Heather, nous n'avons nulle part été aussi bien accueilli par quelqu'un d'aussi serviable, aimable, réactive et efficace, se renseignant même pour nous indiquer où trouver dans Gênes un bureau de tabac où trouver des cigares cubains !!! Enfin, la chose est à souligner, un très léger problème d'électricité facilement et rapidement résolu nous a valu la suppression de la taxe de séjour comme excuse "pour le désagrément" !!!
Tout était absolument parfait !!!!

Great location, clean and good amount of space.
We thought the large terrace was shared for everyone to use due to the pictures used, but it turns out we just had a small balcony.
