Amazing place to live and enjoy.

Amazing location, huge bedroom , living room and kitchen. Tv in every room. Excellent basement parking. Super safe place to stay. I love the place. The bathrooms were big and super clean . 2 mins away from sams club and Walmart. Deck pool was good . Nice ambience. I wish I could stay longer. I booked the place for 2 days and on the weekend it was sold out.

Avoid at all costs, absolutely deplorable hosts and filthy conditions.

The purpose of this 2 night stay was to relax with TV and internet while we had appointments at the hospital nearby. The location is the only reason we selected this hotel and to be able to relax with tv and wifi to occupy our time between appointments.

The Wi-Fi nor TVs worked, it would show one channel, and it would constantly be buffering. After communicating with the host, I was told it could not be addressed until the next day. I explained that the entire purpose of the trip was to have these things and pointed out I indicated this before arrival. Nothing was done, even the next day to remedy this. I then let the host know about the very poor cleanliness of the unit and sent pictures of hair all over the couch, the beds, the toilet, and the floor. There were dried boogers on the tv remote, what appeared to be sperm (yes sperm) on the bedroom window, and the tables were covered in dust. I also informed her that there is water in the main shower coming out of the light socket and there was a window into the unit that would not close giving anyone from the outside access directly into the unit. Long story short after communicating very well with the host I was told "I should go back to my own country as I clearly am trying to make problems for a free stay and that maybe I should learn Spanish if I want things to go better for me." Please note, I live in Mexico and speak fluent Spanish but responded to the messages in the language I received them in. I have never felt so offended by what is supposed to be a professional company. I will never return nor will I suggest anyone else does.

V disappointing

Noise above the casino was pretty intolerable. Lot of problems with condo itself, things not being in good repair. Communications with admin, they were quite rude and not helpful. OOverall wouldnt recommend at all

Great location and decent value though there are some negatives to consider

The location was unquestionably the best thing about this property. The public buses, located a short distance away, ran to places we wanted and there was a Walmart as well as an excellent produce and fish market a short walk away. It was also a short distance to one of the beaches (which I thought was the best beach area for swimming in PV). It was a spacious room and fairly well equipped and supplied (thanks for the coffee!), though it would have been nice to have had a couple of soup bowls. We definitely appreciated the washer and dryer, which were in good working order. There was a good gym which I used daily, and the sundeck provided a lovely view of the sea and the cruise ships. The pool was also nice. The front gate guard was very nice (unfortunately, I have forgotten his name) and warmly welcomed us each time we returned from our daily outings. We had a few problems, but some of them were handled quite quickly (see below).

Where do I start? First, the toilet seat in the bathroom attached to the master bedroom as broken. We checked in on Friday, and it was not fixed until Wednesday. We also had a problem with the air conditioning in the back bedroom, but it was quickly dealt with. The water in the shower was just below lukewarm, but when we contacted management, they had someone come up and deal with it. The blind in the back bedroom was torn. The dishwasher did not work, and management basically told us not to use it. The sheets on the twin beds in the back bedroom were low quality. The microwave was filthy; it took several minutes to scrape off the food encrusted on the top and bottom of this appliance. The Wi-Fi was an iffy proposition going out for extended periods each day. The noise from the downstairs casino was RELENTLESS! We were on the 1st floor, and we could hear it 24/7. The furniture was dirty notably the sectional sofa which had very noticeable sweat stains.

El lugar no estaba listo cuando llegamos y llegamos una hora tarde, además que tienen demasiadas reglas con multas muy caras, de ahí en fuera súper lo recomiendo👍🏼
