- Everything is modern, very precisely and thoroughly renovated
- Very clean
- Clever solutions: skylight window, private water tank and water heater, window blinds
- Very comfortable pillows
- Private parking space (only for a small car)
- 2 separate toilets
- Paolo was a very nice, kind, and flexible host
- Paolo was easily and instantly reachable on WhatsApp for any questions
- No microwave
- No bollitore
- No matches or lighter for the gas stove
- The bed was very poor quality (the mattresses were okay though)
- Kitchen utensils were dirty
- Tourist tax should have been mentioned after booking, not upon arrival
