Great location- terrible accommodation. We do not recommend.

The location was within a stones throw from the Duomo.

The hob didn’t work, only 1 fork in a property that caters for 4. The bathroom was dirty and the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall. Shower cubicle leaked all over the bathroom floor. The water was either hot or cold and that was once you’d realised you needed to put the boiler on. No tea towels, bedroom light didn’t work, various light bulbs were blown and a number of plug sockets didn’t work. It smelt damp.

Awesome location, but communication with host was slow.

The loved the location and the place was just fine for our needs.

The bathroom smelled horrible and was very wet with no airflow. There was no response when I asked for a late checkout multiple times. We ended up staying late anyway since we had no other choice and the cleaning guy arrived. Communication with the host should have been better. However we liked the apartment and the location was amazing, with the Duomo visible from the street!

Good location not good accomadation

Location was great. Seemed to be in a pretty safe location.

We called the host when we were locked inside the room and he didn’t speak English and just hung up the phone and never came. We eventually got out The floor was very dirty and dusty The shower was leaking everywhere and not draining

4 / 10

Need a bed for the night? OK. The property is overpriced for what it offers outside of location.

2 rooms

The property is a cave. Lights flashed and blinked. Kitchen had a few dishes at best, but no wine or beer opener. Window/door to courtyard was locked.
