Pulizia della camera, disponibilità del parcheggio, cortesia e disponibilità dei gestori, ampia terrazza (condivisa con altre camere) dotata di tavolinetto e sedie.
La struttura ha un bel potenziale. Migliorabili la gestione della colazione, l'accesso alla struttura, l'informazione all'ospite.

Die Unterkunft ist neu und liegt am Stadtrand, dafür gibt es kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.
Den Schlüssel für das Zimmer bekommt man direkt im Café darunter und die älteren Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, sprechen jedoch wenig Englisch und ein paar Brocken Italienisch sind hilfreich.
Das Zimmer ist für 2 Personen groß genug, hat doch wenig Platz, um Koffer gut zu verstauen. Uns hat das nicht gestört.
Der Kühlschrank befindet sich in der Gemeinschaftsküche, sowie die große Terrasse von allen 4 Zimmern benutzt werden kann.
Nur mit Fahrzeug in die Stadt, das hat man dort jedoch sowieso mit.
