Really good base and the air conditioning was very much appreciated in the intense heat of summer 2026! The appartment is about a 20 -25 minute walk from the city centre and main attractions. We found this to be acceptable and there is also a good tram station right outside the property. There was a really lovely, traditional cafe a short walk away - a welcome start to every day.
The main negative was that there was a construction site opposite the appartment - this is not clear on the pictures because it was not active at the time that the photos are taken. In addition, the appartment is on the ground floor and unfortunately the heavy front door was constantly closed very noisily by other residents. Due to the hard flooring it was also fairly noisy from the appartment above - clearly this is dependent on who is staying above!
