The amenities at our stay were amazing! There was a pool located right outside our balcony as well as a pool and hot tub at the main house grounds (this one was much better!). The location was also perfect and within 10-15 minute drive of everything we needed. They also had a restaurant on site that we were able to order delivery from on our first night since we were exhausted. The staff were also very responsive!
The morning after our arrival we got woke up to the sound of construction happening in the unit below us (now they were within safe hours of "not quiet time") but also would of been nice to know, and no one really wants to hear that early in the morning 🤷♀️ this was ongoing our whole stay.
When going to make breakfast we found that most of the cookware specifically was dirty still (cooked on food as well as hair), we had to scrub 3 pans and wash utensils like the spatula. *we did message the staff and they did offer to reclean*
The pool that was located outside our balcony area was murky at the time of our stay and had quite a bit of long hair, our kids and us did not stay in it long. The other one at the main house was much better!
Our kiddos at the time stayed on the pull out couch and it seemed a bit worn in, lumpy and sat/slept across supports you could feel.
