About this villa rental
Your private 980 sq. ft. two-bedroom suite offers plenty of room to relax, plus a 150 sq. ft. private patio designed for enjoying the Okanagan outdoors. With 9-ft ceilings, abundant natural light and thoughtfully selected furnishings throughout, the suite feels spacious, comfortable and polished.
Inside you’ll find:
• Primary bedroom with a comfortable king bed and premium linens
• Second bedroom with a queen bed
• Fully equipped kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals
• Comfortable living room with reclining sofa, accent chair, Smart TV and electric fireplace
• Dining area plus breakfast-bar seating
• Air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort
• In-suite washer and dryer
• Quality linens, towels and thoughtful amenities throughout
Step outside to your own private Okanagan retreat:
The sunny patio is furnished as an extension of the living space, with beautiful outdoor furniture, dining for four, two loungers and a stylish boho chair — a favourite spot to curl up and relax. A large patio umbrella provides welcome shade on hot days.
A charming water fountain created from a wine barrel adds a touch of Okanagan wine-country character and water bubbling ambient sound, while lush landscaping, seasonal flowers and views toward Okanagan Lake on side and mountains on the other create a lovely setting for morning coffee, an afternoon glass of wine or dinner outdoors.
Vino Villa is located in a quiet, upscale Upper Mission neighbourhood surrounded by beautiful luxury homes. You’ll enjoy a peaceful residential setting while still being conveniently located for exploring Kelowna’s award-winning wineries, beaches, hiking trails, restaurants and other Okanagan attractions.
As the suite is located on the walkout level of our home, it does not have the feel of a traditional basement suite. It walks directly out to it's own patio and gardens through the private side entrance and features 9-ft ceilings and plenty of natural light.
An added unexpected benefit is the suite is situated beneath the garage, which has a solid concrete floor. This provides excellent sound separation and eliminates the overhead footstep noise often associated with lower-level accommodations, helping make the suite exceptionally quiet and peaceful.
The suite is completely private, with its own entrance and dedicated outdoor space. There is one flight of exterior stairs with a handrail leading to the entrance.
Ideal for up to four guests — couples, two couples, friends or a family — Vino Villa is especially suited to guests who appreciate a beautiful, exceptionally clean and meticulously cared-for place to stay and want a peaceful getaway.

What an amazing little home-away-from-home. From the first correspondence with Pam, I knew this was a special place. From the view to the right of the house, to Pam's warm welcome and beautiful welcome gift (wow!) to the incredibly comfortable beds, it couldn't have been a better introduction to Kelowna. The recommendations for food and drink were spot-on as well. Thank you, Pam and Warren - I look forward to seeing you again!

Loved everything about our stay! Amazing hosts and beautiful spot. Pam had so many special touches for our stay at Vino Villa. Lovely sitting area outside and place was spotless. So close to all the wineries and great for hitting the trails to hike and bike. We will definitely be back. This place is amazing and we highly recommend it.

Beautiful property, large bathroom, comfy beds, great kitchen and lots of storage. Charming touches of home made us feel very welcomed. Pam was super easy to communicate with and checked in with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great stay!!
