Owner very helpful and friendly. Location good and v quiet. Level of equipment fine.
Apartment quite small for two. Had a washing machine (which we thought a plus) but we did not use it because it proved impossible to get even rain-soaked clothing dry - partly humidity in the city, but also absence of drying space.

We liked: the location, the washing machine, the water pressure, the bed mattress.
We didn’t like: the clutter on the desk, it felt as if we stayed at someone’s apartment - it felt lived-in; it could have been cleaner; the AC wasn’t as strong (by US standards), we didn’t like the bed sheets which felt like a synthetic polyester rather than a crisp, clean cotton, also, they had a tinge of darkness as if they weren’t clean. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well so the host came to put a solution down the drain.
