Nice house but unclean and with nonexistent management
The theming was great, the pool was warm, and the location was convenient to Universal and a great many restaurants and stores.
Its really a shame , because the house itself was great, but the cleanliness and overall management was very poor. We arrived late in the evening on our check in day ready to drop from a long day of travel and were disgusted to find human hair and crumbs in many of the beds. There were a couple of pieces of trash outside on the porch before we even entered. There were crumbs on the floor and we killed 4 cockroaches and a couple of dozen ants the first day or two. We later found a moldy banana and half eaten sandwich in the play area, a blob of unidentified brown mess on the pool table, a broken chair, a broken kitchen play toy upstairs, and many instances of stains, dirt, or scribble on the walls. I reached out to management 5 seperate times via booking, email, and text and received not a word in response. Communication was great until check in day and then I never heard a word from them again. We never received a QR code that was supposedly necessary for entry to the gated community, but as it turned out, the security is really lax and we never needed it. One night there was a very loud party next door through til about 130am. The majority of the outlets in the kitchen dont work and the kitchen overall is poorly stocked-very few cups, one pot, one pan..Even at the end of our stay when reaching out to ask what the check out expectations were-i got no information or response. Again, a real shame because the themed rooms were very cute and the living room was comfortable.
