Location, right next to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Host was responsive to issues (provided a fan for a really hot room, sent a coffee machine when the existing one wasn’t working).
Air conditioning and vents were not up to mark for the weather. The main bedroom was really hot and hard to sleep in.
A clean folded towel was actually really dirty (sticky stuff with hair on it). Disgusting memory. Host was quick at sending extra towels, but still.
The apartment is right opposite the elevator and the trash room. Elevator noise is not a problem (because the cooling system is loud enough), but having a bedroom facing the trash room isn’t great.
Also, in terms of toiletries, bare minimum is included (hand soap). So best plan to make a grocery store trip first.
Overall, while convenient, not a place worth the price or the tag “extraordinary”.
