The interaction with receiving staff member.
The condition of the room and rest of facility.
Booking out time is between 07:00 and 10:00 but when i got to my room at 09:25 all my stuff was put out at the main entrance at reception on the desk and chair. My underwear was visible on the chair at reception. I had a staff meeting at 07:15 and went back to book out as i was still in time, just to see all my stuff already cleared from my room. This was really a pathetic gesture of whoever did it. I tried to call anyone available but no one was in sight or even answered. To put me out like an animal after such a warm stay is truly pathetic action even while i was still inside the booking out time frame.

Ons het twee kamers bespreek. Die twee kamers was ver van mekaar af. Die badkamers se houers waarin die produkte komis vuil. die ander gaste in die gasthuis het baie geraas.
