Do not come here - the worst/unresponsive customer service ever.

Leaving

The broken air conditioning, numerous cleanliness issues and inadequate temporary solutions resulted in three sleepless nights and effectively cost us two days of our family holiday. Despite repeatedly raising these issues during and after our stay, Village Realty was largely unresponsive throughout and afterward. Although they claimed afterwards that they felt like they responded to everything as quickily as possible, there is no evidence from more than 15 attempts to contact them that they responded - outside of fixing air conditioning.

Excellent stay, really a great house and a great deal! Would stay again!

Very nice property, it really made you feel at home while you were traveling!

The only issues we had was we never received the door code in an email or on the app, we just kept seeing to get into the property “there is a door code” and the first night we didn’t get there until 4:45pm and we were lucky to have gotten someone on the phone to give us the code before the office closed at 5pm.
