Ash was excellent at managing our situation quickly.
Room was not ready which was primarily booked and given a different room.

I had an excellent stay at Cambria Northlake, and everything exceeded my expectations. Ash and Kirsten were fantastic, always friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The entire bar and restaurant team also provided outstanding service, and the breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety. The room was spacious, beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained, and the free parking was a great convenience. What stood out most was the consistently great service from everyone at the hotel. It was a very comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed property. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
