There was a odor on the 5 floor in the hallway. I saw that there were plug-in air freshener, but it did not cover the odor. Other than that. The front desk staff was excellent friendly and professional. A+ Breakfast was A+. Thank you for everything. Hyatt will be m place to stay when I come to Dallas. God bless!

I like the water pressure in the shower. Honestly that was the only good thing to me, however, it was rusty in the shower knobs and the bathroom was a bit dingy. The water also got very hot which I liked. The lobby also smelled good.

Well when I saw how clean the lobby was and how good it smelled I thought I made a good choice. It wasn’t until I got on the elevator that I started to second guess myself. The elevator sounded like it was about to break down. It was crackling and popping lol but I noticed the elevator license was up to date so I didn’t worry much about that. Once I got in the room I immediately regretted the $134 I paid for that night. There were stains on the sheets for the sofa bed as well as the king bed. The room also felt moist and smelled like mildew. The bathroom looked dingy and the handles in the shower were rusted. I would never book here again. I usually only book at the Home2Suites in north Plano on Tennyson st, but because I was in Fort Worth I decided to book here. Even the room keys were dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. Me and my significant other tossed and turned all night. Even our toddler kept waking up. One of my daughters who slept on the sofa bed complained of her body hurting when she woke up. The also were no mattress protectors in the mattress. Which means whatever gets on the sheets will go straight to mattress. Gross. The mattresses looked very outdated and old. The tv was out dated with no apps. I did like the size of the room though. It was a standard king. Someone tried to enter our room at 8 am without knocking. Luckily the top lock was on. The breakfast menu was ideal however the way all the food was cooked was terrible. The bacon as very thin and cooked to where it was church and didn’t taste like anything, the French toast sticks were hard, I didn’t touch the eggs. The organs juice was good. Overall I do not recommend this hotel for anyone with standards and it was overpriced. I booked on booking.com for $118 which stated it included the incidental hold but when I got the the hotel they still changed me an additional amount for the incidental hotel. The lady Constance at the front desk was nice and professional overall I’ll never go back.
