Cozy and clean

The location and clean

The one i didn’t like it is they don’t have a full kitchenette and especially they don’t have a plates..

Unprofessional and disrespecful hosts

After I completed the booking, the property informed me that they would not be able to accommodate my 1am arrival. Because of this, I had to book another hotel for the same nights. About an hour later, they contacted me again saying they actually could accommodate me after all. This put me in an unfair situation, as I had already made a non-refundable reservation at another hotel due to their initial message. Despite the confusion being entirely caused by the property, they refused to refund my booking or offer any reasonable solution. Their response was essentially that they did not care and would not take responsibility. In the end, I could neither use nor resell the reservation, so I ended up giving it away to a random family. The whole experience was stressful, unprofessional, and poorly handled.

This was amazing trip with family in a very comfort place.

The location was great, close to the subway. Amazing view from the balcony. The rooms were clear and I have no problem entering and finding facility.

Il bagno ,eccetto la luce dello specchio troppo bassa.i servizio lavanderia anche se non li ho utilizzati

Un solo telecomando per 2 condizionatori, che si spegnevano quando si aumentava la temperatura. Sarebbe stato utile almeno alla finestra del bagno una zanzariera per far arieggiare. Inoltre volevo suggerire di bonificare per le formiche che abbiamo trovato sia nella camera più grande che in bagno.
