- No unproved events/parties allowed — violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- One security camera on the side of the property that faces the driveway and is recording 24/7 for security purposes
- Parking in the driveway for 15 cars max. Absolutely NO parking vehicles on the pickleball court.
- Driveway is steep and AWD/4WD is recommended and encouraged all year round but required during winter months
- Private events such as small weddings will have to get special pricing - please inquire.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.
Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Incredible house - pictures don’t do it justice. Everything worked great and the house was clean. Michael was very responsive. There is a very small stretch of the road up to the house that is unpaved and we had some issues getting smaller vehicles up, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Overall, well worth it for the beautiful views and quietness at the top of the mountain!

Great weekend getaway for extended family. Things to do for all ages groups. Multiple areas inside and out to relax together.Only two issues. One was the kitchen. Large by normal standards but undersized for a home with this many bedrooms.Second issue was initial communication with the owner. They use a company to communicate with renters but the actual owner can respond as well. The problem is that it comes across labeled as the same person in the app. Doesn't sound like an issue until you realize that one can't see what the other has said. We were told initially that we could have a later checkout but then after booking the "owner" communicated that they hadn't agreed to that. It was very odd seeing the supposed same person saying two different things. The actual owner quickly fixed the issue and it was much appreciated. I would recommend that future communications be delineated somehow if they are coming from the actual owner or the management team. Overall great experience and we are trying to figure out a time to rent again soon!
