Responsive and mindful host with an adapter provided.
Safe and convenient location, within walking distance to metro station, tram station and Navigli.
The water pressure is strong enough and the water is hot enough.
Clean and tidy.
The mattress is too soft for us.
The traffic outside one of the bedrooms and the air conditioner is too noisy for us.
Better to have step nosing about the step up to the bathrooms and one bedroom.

The apartment was very well located, almost right next to a tram stop and within easy reach of the metro. There are also several grocery stores nearby.
Although it is not right in the historic city centre, the centre is still within walking distance, and we actually walked there several times during our stay. The Navigli district is also very close, which is a big plus.
The apartment itself was spacious, well equipped and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent — very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond.
The only downside was the noise in the bedroom facing the street. At night, you can hear trams, traffic and sometimes people partying outside, especially students at the weekend. So if someone in your group is a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I would definitely recommend choosing the second bedroom, which faces the courtyard and is much quieter.

The property was clean, well equipped and the building was very quiet
A little bit far from shopping area
