- Fast and stable WiFi (good by Thailand standards)
- Washing machine available
- Shared pool on the property
- Early check-in was allowed (about 1 hour earlier), which was appreciated
- No cleaning service during the entire 14-day stay — no fresh towels, no extra toilet paper, and no cleaning supplies, so we couldn’t clean the apartment ourselves
- Poor overall cleanliness: mold in the shower (door seals) and around the sink, and a very dirty soap holder covered with old soap residue — clearly not properly cleaned
- Strong unpleasant smell in the apartment (cigarettes mixed with mold)
- Air conditioner was likely never cleaned, and it makes the already bad smell worse and feels unhealthy
-Kitchen is poorly equipped, and both pots were dirty and disgusting to use
- Gym is basically unusable — only one machine works, the rest are broken or useless
- For this price, I would expect basic extras like a water filtration system instead of relying on plastic bottles
