Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur etwa eine Minute vom Strand entfernt. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohlgefühlt.
Das Frühstück war eher etwas klein gehalten, aber insgesamt völlig in Ordnung. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es außerdem noch Bauarbeiten am neuen Gebäude des Hotels in der Nähe des Pools. Diese haben uns allerdings nur wenig gestört.

Vi elsker Tumbili!! Vi har været her 2 gange og ud af alle de hoteller vi har været på, er Tumbili absolut favorit stedet!! Der er så flot og virkelig rent. Leah er en skat der altid husker hvad man foretrækker og laver ændringer i eksempelvis morgenmads frugt udvalget 🙏 Joyce er hende der modtager os og hele tiden sørger for at vi er tilfredse med opholdet🙏 Monse er ejer og fra Chile - hun er såååå sød og det lader til at hun behandler sit personale rigtig godt, siden alle fra sidste år stadig er her❤️ det er ikke alle steder personalet bliver behandlet ordentligt på Zanzibar og det betyder noget at man kan mærke at de er trygge! Dørmanden er en ung fyr der altid tager i mod os når vi kommer hjem, med et stort smil😁 vi vil altid vælge Tumbili❤️ tak for jer ❤️

The hotel is a newly built property with modern facilities. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout my stay, and the air conditioning worked very well. These aspects made the stay reasonably comfortable.
The hotel is located in a developing area surrounded by basic housing and ongoing construction works. The entrance opens directly onto an unpaved road, and there is a security guard at the gate at all times. While this may reassure some guests, it also reflects the nature of the surrounding area. Construction activity nearby creates noise and frequent movement of building materials.
The room was quite small, offering limited space for luggage and personal belongings. There was also a noticeable smell of dampness, fresh plaster and construction materials, which gave the impression that the building is still very new and not yet fully settled.
Breakfast was disappointing, with very few options available and small portion sizes. Basic amenities such as soap and towels were provided in minimal quantities. Overall, everything was just about satisfactory, but nothing stood out as particularly good.
Considering that the hotel is not especially inexpensive, I expected a better overall experience. It is suitable for travellers looking for a convenient place to stay for one night while passing through, but in terms of comfort, surroundings, breakfast and value for money, I would rate it as average. A score of 6/10 seems fair.
