Great location

The location was amazing. The apartment is a decent size for two people, the bed was comfortable, and the shades blocked out any light. The shower ok also. Hot water ran out after 15 mins.

Host communication was not great. We asked about early check-in. We received a message that it would depend on cleaning services (which is totally understandable) and that they would let us know. On the day of check-in, we waited until the time we requested, and when we hadn't heard anything, we reached out again, only to receive the same (automated) response. We asked again about checking in an hour early, and ended up waiting on the street for the host to show up. When we entered the flat, it was clear the apartment had not really been cleaned. There was hair and mud on the floor. They also did not provide any rubbish bags to put in the rubbish container.
