First off, I liked that the location is literally just a few steps away from the nearest station AND that there's an elevator! After 20k+ steps a day, those are really appreciated. It's also a short walk away from the 3 major kombinis!
I also like that the space was clean, always smelled good, and was a good amount of space for 3 people (could go up to 4/5).
Always lovin' the Japanese toilet and bathroom dryer as well.
Honestly, I didn't love the beds. They're spring mattresses, so you can feel (and hear) them whenever you get in bed or when you or your partner moves. But that's my personal preference.
