Highly recommend this hotel! The location was unbeatable. The room was clean, comfortable, and chic. The staff were supremely responsive — special requests were accommodated and questions were answered within minutes.
The self check-in process was a breeze.
Complimentary ear plugs were provided, but we didn’t need them. Noise was not an issue whatsoever, and we were in the room closest to street level.
We’ve stayed in many places in MTL over the years, and this has been our favourite!

lovely place right in the heart of bustling montreal. no lift/elevator so not accessible but otherwise super cute and excellent in every way. i enjoyed the extra space and the hallway treats/coffee. check in/out was easy and the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there while we waited for check in time. location was absolutely convenient, and the hotel provided ear plugs in case we were sensitive to noise. and while the nearby restaurants were expensive because of the tourism, every one we tried was EXCELLENT.
