Joined VRBO back in 2012 and have recently finished complete renovations and placed back on the rental market.

Nestled in North Hutchinson Island, this delightful condo boasts 2 bedrooms with a king and
queen bed, walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms with showers, and essential amenities like fiber/WiFi
and smart TVs.
The Homeowners Association requires an application for each renter with a $150 (non-
refundable) fee for first time applicants, and a $100 fee for repeat guests. It requires
30 days to approve the lease application, so no last minute bookings are accepted.
The fee is included in the host fee.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Condo was super clean and well stocked. Views were amazing. Community safe and friendly. Suzy was a great host!!!
