The Condo Association has a $150 Application fee that will be charged separately.

Primary Bedroom: King Size Bedroom with En-Suite Full Size Bathroom; walk in shower.

Shared Space Full Size Bed in Living Room (couch turns into full size bed)
HOUSE RULES:
*No Pets.
*No Smoking IN/ON Property.
*No More than 1 car.
*No Parties; No Events.
We provide a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are also welcome to use the on-site, in condo washing machine & dryer at anytime during your stay.
