Prepare for a luxurious woodland adventure where you might encounter adorable critters, and remember that you are surrounded by woods, so encountering harmless bugs is inevitable.
Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking, a $500 fee will be charged.
Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour.
Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control.
Although we love our furry friends, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.
An outdoor security camera monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons. Be reassured that there are NO indoor cameras or cameras pointing towards the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy.

Our family of 5 with kids (13,9 & 7) booked Azul Retreat for a week. For starters, this cabin is perfectly located between Gatlinburg and PG with easy access to SMNP. Communication and service from the owner/manager was above a beyond. The home was clean and orderly and sufficiently stocked for the initial visit. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised to see a mini putt putt course had recently been added to the property. There were a couple of items that we addressed early on with management, such as the advertised hammock and a gas grill, that were not on the premises. Additionally, while the putt putt course was a nice surprise, the putters and balls were not on site. That said, ownership/management addressed this right away and upon returning from our adventures the next day the putt putt materials were there and the kids absolutely loved daily putt putt competitions! There were some items we wanted to be on record that we did not damage such as missing remote backs, pinball not working, broken closet shelves and some ripped window screens. Management/ownership offered to address these however we let them know that was not needed from our standpoint but just wanted them to be aware. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and we received wonderful service. I would note that other than outside, there is not much space to "gather" (i.e. the living areas are quite small). It worked fine for us, but for larger families this might be an issue.

Yes, the cabin was cozy. The hot tub was wonderful. Only got in the pool once because it was too cold outside. I would stay there again in the future, probably in the summer though so I can utilize the pool a lot more. Having great time in the surrounding mountains even went to a cave, seen lots and lots of bears but it was great!

The cabin was AMAZING. It is nestled in a quiet area but so convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We even had some bear friends come visit! We traveled with 5 children and 4 adults, the cabin easily and comfortably slept all of us! The pool and hot tub were a welcomed extra, and heated perfectly! The owners were incredible and even checked in with us during our stay. If I could rate this cabin and owners higher than 5 stars I definitely would! 100/10 for the property, safety, owners, communication..everything went flawlessly. We will definitely be staying again!

We had the best time! This property is beautiful! Having its own pool was such a huge plus for us! We had some bear friends show up almost every day and it was so neat to see. The hosts were so responsive and such a pleasure to work with! We can’t wait to come back!
