- The facilities are very good and clean. The apartment has everything you need if you want to cook your own meals or do your laundry. The small balcony is also very useful for drying clothes.
- The location is great, just a few blocks from Ueno Station, Ueno Park, and Ameyoko Market. There are also several smaller stations nearby, making it easy to get around the city by metro and reach many places of interest. There are also several grocery stores within walking distance. The surrounding area is very quiet.
The sofa bed is not very comfortable (but the bed is very comfortable). The mattress is quite thin, and you can feel the wooden bed slats underneath while sleeping. It is still possible to sleep well, but you notice them from time to time, especially when moving around. I would suggest using a thicker mattress and possibly adding more wooden slats to reduce the gaps in the bed frame and provide better support.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed. Having a washing machine and dryer was especially convenient, and the kitchen was very well equipped with a refrigerator and oven.
The location was also great: a quiet and pleasant area of Tokyo, with train stations within walking distance and easy access to the rest of the city.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! 😊

Everything was as stated in the listing, and the room looked exactly like the pictures.
