I had requested a late check in and an extremely early check out, the staff confirmed quickly that there were no issues in doing that due to the self check in/out procedures. Overall this place met my expectations, was clean, my room was quiet, and apart from the little issue during check in - I had no other problems with the property. Being able to come and go, at any time was very convenient. There is also a konbini right outside and a coin laundry not too far away.
Unfortunately, a reservation number was required for the self-check in. I arrived quite late and was unable to check in as I had no such number. I never received a reservation number at the time of booking via booking.com nor did I receive anything from the property about a number being required prior. Luckily I know enough basic Japanese to struggle through a phone call with the help desk line and the staff member was able to create a number for me to use.
There is only 1 laundry and dryer, I ended up using the coin laundry a little further down the road.
