NIGHTMARE
STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND! Its
is difficult even to start. I chose this place bc location and it was available for 2 weeks - i was coming to study. I liked only the location
The rest was a nightmare
This is mostly fault of Alfred stays, not the host who trusted them the property.
The layout of the furniture in the room is bad.impossible to move around and there is a potential to make it better.
First night they gave me wrong wifi password and the support replied in few hrs. (The building is old so even my phone internet had no connection) I HAD TO GO OUT TO TRY TO CALL FOR HELP!
Next - i came to the apartment and it was no electricity, the support as always was ignoring me for hours. Than the host came and turned the main switch on. And electricity failed again. So long story short - it was happening all night and the boiler was making crazy sounds, so i could sleep a night, before i had to come to the host and to explain her that in the apt she rents out the boiler is not letting her guest to sleep. She didn’t even knew that!
After that Alfred stays was coming INSIDE the apartment without my permission TWICE! Even i said that i prohibited them to enter without me and they have to wait. They ignored that.
They put new boiler, but surprise surprise - electricity failed again become as i said previously - the problem never was in boiler, but in the way electrical wires are made. So i had to stay in OTHER PLACE FOR 3 nights!
Before my check out they messed out the dates and someone again entered apartment when i was out!!!! OPENED WINDOWS, WARDROBE WAS TOUCHING MY STUFF! When it’s clearly the bag is on the floor, food on the table.
Without even mentioning- that i have no keys for trash bin and no one explained me where i need to put it for 2 weeks of stay
This was awful. I am shoked
