We loved the water views from the condo. It was so peaceful looking out over the Potomac River and The Wharf at the different restaurants and water taxi's. Super convenient to walk to the Safeway grocery store (about 10-15 minutes), the various museums like the African-American Museum or the Spy Museum, and getting to the Metro Subway station at L'Enfant Plaza was a quick 7-8 minute walk. The condo is a small studio, but we had plenty of room with the breakfast table to eat at and the TV was a very nice size with connections for Netflex and other streaming services. The queen bed was very comfortable . Instructions to locate the lock box were great. We got the key fobs out of the lock box very quickly, and using them to access the entry doors and the two elevators worked seemlessly. Very clean feeling greeting room once inside the building. We will for sure be booking this condo on our future visits to DC.
It would have been nice having a drip coffee maker. The coffee maker in the unit is good, but we prefer drip makers. But other than that, the condo is great

Absolutely stellar location for going to a show at The Anthem. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Very nice TV setup.
Key retrieval is from a lockbox at the base of a public light pole. We had an issue with the lockbox (it was jammed), and host was very responsive by text and phone but it was unclear what would happen if we had been unable to unjam it. I have rented properties accessible via lockbox only before but lockbox was in a more convenient location and protected from weather.
Accessing the lockbox might be an issue for individuals with mobility issues.
Bathroom also had zero sound privacy from the rest of the apartment.
