Wichtig war uns ein Parkplatz, so haben wir gern etwas außerhalb des Zentrums gewohnt, mit Bus M1 ca. eine halbe Stunde ins Zentrum, Bahnhof war auch ganz nah. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr ist günstig und pünktlich.
Uns hat das Appartement für 4 Nächte in Genua mit Ausflug nach Portofino und einem halben Tag im lebhaften Viertel mit fussläufig erreichbaren Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im 7. Stock mit Aufzug und schönen Terrassen sehr gefallen.
Wir waren nur zu zweit und haben nur gefrühstückt, Kaffeepads gab es dazu - herzlichen Dank, für Kochen ist die Ausstattung etwas zu klein, aber in Genua kann man wunderbar und günstig Essen gehen.
Lorenzo hat auf jede Frage umgehend geantwortet. 👍
Nur ein Hinweis: Die Duschtüren müssten mal wieder von einem Profi eingehangen werden.
Ein fremdes Auto hat uns eine Schramme ins Auto gefahren, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts - für uns natürlich Aufwand nach der Reise.

Lots of shops and restaurants right outside the door. A beautiful park to take a walk only a block away. The host met me while I was putting my things upstairs with a bright smile. When I needed new batteries for the remote he rang the bell in less than 2 minutes with a brand new pack of 4 batteries. We made sure to clean and be respectful also as he was a 5 start host!
Small elevator to get your luggage upstairs. Nothing else wrong

Propre, lumineux, rénové, literie confortable et spacieux. La place de parking est également un vrai plus à Gênes. La proximité avec la rue commerçante est pratique et le glacier au fond de la rue est le meilleur glacier auquel je ne sois jamais allée ! Mention spéciale à Lorenzo qui était très disponible et réactif à nos demandes. Merci à lui pour sa gentillesse.
La cuisine est un peu sommaire mais cela n’a pas été une grande difficulté.

Súper grande y limpia. La terraza tenía una vista estupenda y Lorenzo fue un excelente anfitrión.
