Nice apartment, but unacceptable cleanliness and completely unreliable host

While the apartment itself is nice, our overall stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the place was extremely dirty, and we even found moldy food left behind. After contacting the host, a cleaner was sent, but this forced us to wait outside to kill time—the last thing you want after a long day of traveling. The host considered this a proper solution, which we strongly disagreed with, as an accommodation should obviously be clean before guests arrive. After calling him, he only agreed to a minimal refund of less than €40. Although meager, we accepted it just to close the matter. However, getting this processed turned into an exhausting ordeal with Booking.com’s customer service. Booking.com informed us that the host had received a formal request to approve the refund, for which he was given a full week. He failed to approve it within the deadline and subsequently ignored all our messages completely. A host who leaves a property filthy, offers minimal compensation, and then ghosts their guests instead of honoring basic agreements is entirely unreliable. I would strongly advise against booking here.

Very charming apartment, ideal for 1 or 2 young adults. Very good location, easy to get places.

Across is currently construction next to building, a bit noisy during the day.

-la ubicación es excelente, cerca a la metro y varios supermercados -barrio muy agradable -tiene aire acondicionado, lavadora de ropa etc

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Saubere, weiche Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

Sie ist sehr hellhörig und man wird morgens teilweise vom Stühlerücken der Nachbarn geweckt. Außer dem wird gerade genau vor dem Balkon ein Hausgebaut, was auch zu einem hohen Geräusch Pegel beiträgt.
