Having been in Catania with some girlfriends for long weekend and due to Etna I had to stay an extra 2 nights in Sicily near the airport. The flat was lovely and perfect for me to use as a remote work base. CInsi is a clean, pretty and safe town with plenty of restaurants for a short stay. As a woman on her own I felt very safe walking around it in the evenings. Mrs Enzo the housekeeper kindly offered to taxi me to the airport at 6am to catch my return flight to uk via Rome. All in all perfect - given the very stressful situation.
