An absolute gem in Tokyo! Perfect location. We had a fantastic 5 days stay here. The apartment is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood just a quick 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, making it very easy to get around the city. There are several convenience stores and local eateries right around the corner. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing crystal-clear check-in instructions and prompt communication before and during our stay. We loved all the modern amenities (the high-tech toilet, kitchenette, great air conditioning/purifier, and a handy washer-dryer). Everything was spotlessly clean, quiet, and felt home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Japan! We would definitely will stay here again.
No lift but we are so lucky to get the 1st floor room.

It was well located in a quiet area
It wasn’t very clean. We found dirty clothes in both of the apartments we rented. And the bathroom dehumidifier vent was so dirty that it didn’t work properly until we cleaned it

Lokalizacja, czystość, udogodnienia.
Brak przewiewu, nieprzyjemny zapach w mieszkaniu i na klatce (zapewne temperatura +30 częściowo się do tego przyczyniła)

Appartamento pulito. La disponibilità nel poter lasciare i bagagli prima e il check out alle 11 sono stati un plus. Lavatrice e sistema di asciugatura in bagno molto utili.
La posizione non è ottimale nel senso che le metro più vicine sono a 15 minuti a piedi così come Akihabara. L'appartamento 201 è poi davvero piccolo, nessuna finestra in camera e in bagno (dove si sentiva anche odore di fognatura purtroppo). Può essere un appoggio per chi non ha molte pretese e non ha problemi a camminare.
