Loved the place itself and the location! Just should of been told about what was going on a little b

The place was great and clean!

When we arrived there was no air conditioner! Spent an hour on the phone trying to figure out with a guy on the phone who to get ahold of to fix it! Then finally the guy figured it out who took care of the property! Mean while my son's girlfriend couldn't take the heat in the room because of health reasons she spent the first night sick! And none of us could sleep the first night it was so hot! Then finally the next night they replaced the air conditioner around 5pm when you go on vacation you don't expect this! You expect to go on vacation and be in comfort! And didn't expect to pay an extra 150.00 for parking should of been told about this before we booked! Shouldn't be charged for a. Night in discomfort!

The place was great and clean!
