Preis Leistungsverhältnis gut, Pool ist toll
Doch schon in die Jahre gekommenes Haus.Wir haben übersehen das das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat aber es war auch so halbwegs erträglich. Übergabe am ersten Tag hat sich leider um 2 Stunden verzögert das es ein Problem mit dem Reinigungspersonal gab. Ganz wichtig: Gelsenspray nicht vergessen. Und ringsherum sind verdammt viel Hunde die oft bellen und um 4 Uhr fangen die Hähne nebenan und ringsherum an zu Krähen

Nice house and just like in the pictures. In good condition for the age. Large pool and garden. The pool had partly shadow several times during the day. That made the pool very useful and possible to spend long periods in the pool while avoiding the sun. Quiet settings (car needed) Any issues we had was quick fixed by the team.
It has no AC and the small fans provided could have been upgraded to some better. Roof fans would have been good, but we see that with the nice lamps is in the house makes it hard to do. There are insects when you have a garden like that and a forest around. We did put insect nets over the beds and it worked good, would say that is a must. Then we could have open windows during the nights, that was nice. Narrow gateway to the garden so if you have a large car entry is a bit of a hassle. But it is safe and good parking on the property.
