We were extremely grateful to have found such a comfortable, centrally-located unit in the DC area!

The unit was a home away from home. VERY clean, very comfortable, very quiet, and centrally located in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. The washer/dryer were easy to use and greatly appreciated as we prepared to move our daughter into her second year at American University. The street parking was convenient and easy. The hosts were attentive and caring. We had an outstanding stay!

The unit doesn't have a full kitchen (no oven), BUT it was easy to prepare breakfasts and snacks.

The property is located across the street from the Dupont Circle metro station and provides easy access to the National Mall and major business districts, plus neighborhoods like The Wharf and Georgetown. A Perfect Home Base in the Heart of DC’s Most Vibrant Community. This location is absolutely stellar for experiencing the best of Washington, DC. The Neighborhood Dupont Circle sits at the intersection of Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire avenues, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The iconic Dupont Circle fountain at the center serves as a gathering place where locals and visitors flock to read, people-watch and meet up with others throughout the year. It’s the perfect spot to grab a coffee and soak in the neighborhood’s cosmopolitan energy. Cultural Attractions at Your Doorstep The Phillips Collection, America’s first museum of modern art founded in 1921, is nearby and celebrates groundbreaking works of modern and contemporary art.
