The property was very pleasant - I would book again.

Once instructions were received it was an easy process to collect and return keys. We were very appreciative of the early check in that was facilitated.

The wifi code was not displayed and when received it did not work. The water did not drain from the shower tray freely.

Severe lack of detail and not renovated recently

The apartment is spacious. Good wifi. Good water pressure on the shower. Excellent location next to Merseyrail station and within walking distance of major sights.

The paint on the walls is damaged - no way has it been recently renovated. The bedding and towels smelled of tobacco smoke. There is no washing machine in the apartment. Only a communal one costing £3.50 a wash and accessed thru an app which only takes £10 each time. The 'reception' area is unmanned, and not monitored - one night someone was sleeping on the floor in the corner, wet washing was draped over the desk to dry! There was no information pack about using the appliances. Some areas of the apartment were dirty (bathroom cupboard). Shower drain blocked so water did not drain properly. Shower try very slippy when wet, no anti slip mat. Toilet seat loose. The fire alarm in the apartment went off at 4am one night for about 5 minutes. Nothing was on as we were asleep in bed until that time. There was no way to contact anyone.

A little gem.

I loved this apartment! It was the perfect retreat at the end of the day. Check in was great, and communication with the host was excellent. I hope to stay there again. Very central and easy to get to. Also very quiet. Ten stars if I could.

Poco aceptable
