The living room features a luxurious leather sectional with electric recliners, a gas fireplace, and a beautifully crafted built-in wall unit housing a 65-inch smart TV adorned with elegant Native American dรฉcor. The fully stocked kitchen is a chefโs dream, highlighted by striking Western-themed statement pieces such as buffalo and cattle skulls and a dreamcatcher. The experience of renting this house was fantastic. The booking process, the timely response to questions and communication prior to and during the stay, the cleanliness on arrival, the amenities provided, and the quality of the house were all top notch. We have stayed in many rentals, and this one felt like someone had opened their home to us. The space was fantastic for our large group of 9 and the owners even accommodated us by allowing us to bring our camper for additional private space. The pool was amazing and clean! There is a train! It goes by a lot! However, we got used to it and actually enjoyed watching it. After the first night, it didn't even wake us up though the owner did provide ear plugs, we did not use them. We had all of the dishes and kitchen space that we needed. Three bathrooms was perfect for a large group. We enjoyed the gaming area in the garage and poker table. There were lots of games and activities for the kids. We also really enjoyed all the seating on the porches and spent a lot of time on them as well as the swing out front for the littlest in our group. The proximity to the river was great and having space to bring the boat and turn it around was appreciated. We plan to return!

Very nice place with great location near Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. We really enjoyed the amenities - pool, poker, ping pong, and corn hole. Bedrooms were comfortable with separate bathrooms. Host was very responsive and helpful.

It is a great property. Well decorated, and well stocked. The train next to the property was a little un-nerving and when it flies through there 5x day, including middle of the night, with little ones sleeping it was a challenge. They provided eye guards and ear plugs which was great. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Wish we were allowed to use the fireplace. It was cold and would have been a nice touch.
